Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or submitting music on NightShot Radio ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

NightShot Radio is an independent music platform where DJs and artists can submit mixtapes, singles, EPs, and albums for distribution and promotion. The platform is operated by NightShot Radio / DJ Night Cawler.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. All new accounts require manual approval before you can submit music. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Content Policy

By submitting music, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the music you submit, or have explicit permission from the rights holders
• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• The content does not contain illegal material or content that violates applicable laws
• You grant NightShot Radio a non-exclusive license to stream and promote your submitted music on the platform

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Credits and Payments

Upload credits are purchased separately and are non-refundable once applied to your account. Credits are used to unlock upload slots. Pricing and credit pack details are listed on the Pricing page. NightShot Radio does not process payments directly — payments are made via Venmo or Chime as described on the Pricing page.

6. Approval Process

All submissions are manually reviewed. Standard submissions are reviewed within 48 hours; Premium submissions within 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality or content standards. Rejected submissions do not result in credit refunds.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform running continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in spam or abuse, or acts in a way that harms the platform or other users. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination for policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

NightShot Radio is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
