What We Collect

When you create an account on NightShot Radio, we collect:

• Your email address and display name
• Music files and metadata you upload (artist name, title, genre, artwork)
• Basic usage data (login timestamps, submission history)

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are made via Venmo or Chime — those platforms have their own privacy policies.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to:

• Operate your account and display your submissions on the platform
• Communicate with you about your uploads (approval status, feedback)
• Improve the platform over time

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run ads that target you based on your data.

File Storage

Uploaded music files and artwork are stored on Cloudflare R2 (a secure cloud storage service). Files are accessible only via authenticated URLs generated by our server.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, contact us on Twitter @nightshotradio. We will process your request within 7 days.

Cookies

We store a login token in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
